2. Description of Service
Optiwork is a hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to unify collaboration, control, and communication for organizations. It allows users to organize projects, manage data, store files, communicate with team members, and streamline workflow management securely in the cloud.
3. Account Registration and Access
To use Optiwork, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Optidata reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments
Optiwork operates on a subscription model. Pricing and plan details are displayed at https://work.optidata.com/plans.
All payments are processed securely via Paddle, our authorized reseller and payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and authorize recurring billing for the chosen plan until canceled. Prices may change at any time, and any updates will be reflected on our website.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available at https://work.optidata.com/refund-policy. Optidata honors a minimum 14-day refund period consistent with Paddle's policies unless otherwise stated.
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
Users retain ownership of the data they upload to the Optiwork platform. By using the Service, you grant Optidata a limited license to store, process, and transmit such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Optidata does not sell user data to third parties. Data is securely hosted in the United States and managed according to applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR and CCPA. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability and Maintenance
Optidata aims to ensure high availability and reliability of its services. However, planned maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance or significant disruptions.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property related to the Optiwork platform, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, remains the exclusive property of Optidata US International LLC or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not use the Service to upload, distribute, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to unauthorized access, spamming, harassment, malware distribution, and attempts to breach system security.
10. Termination and Suspension
Optidata reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or technical/security reasons. Upon termination, access to the Service and stored data may be discontinued after a reasonable retention period.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optidata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optidata, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
